Yomo no Kaori by Yamamasa Koyamaen is an Uji matcha with a smooth, mellow taste and a clean finish. Yomo no Kaori has a full aroma, rounded flavour and refreshing aftertaste.
Compared with Samidori, Yomo no Kaori comes across a little sweeter and fuller, with a creamier texture and less noticeable bitterness. Light nutty or roasted notes, add a little more depth without making the matcha feel heavy.

Brewing Tip
Yamamasa Koyamaen’s standard preparation is 1.5g of matcha with approximately 70ml of water at 80°C. Yomo no Kaori is also one of the teas the producer recommends for matcha lattes. For lattes use 3-4g of matcha with 40ml of water.
