Isuzu by Marukyu Koyamaen
Isuzu by Marukyu Koyamaen is a matcha with mellow umami, light bitterness and a touch of astringency. It has a good balance between of fresh aroma, umami, astringency and slightly bitter flavour.
This combination gives Isuzu more definition, while remaining balanced enough to drink as usucha. Its slightly stronger finish also makes it great in lattes.
